German Chancellor Merz at the Presidential Complex

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan welcomed Chancellor Friedrich Merz of Germany, who is paying a visit to Türkiye, with an official ceremony at the Presidential Complex.

Once the two leaders arrived at the ceremonial ground, the national anthems of Türkiye and Germany were played, and Chancellor Merz inspected the guard of honor.

Following the introduction of the delegations, President Erdoğan and Chancellor Merz of Germany posed for the press and headed inside for their tête-à-tête and the meeting between the delegations.
