President Erdoğan attends NATO 75th Anniversary Celebratory Event

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in Washington for the 2024 NATO Summit, attended the NATO 75th Anniversary Celebratory Event with First Lady Emine Erdoğan.

Prior to the event, the participating heads of state and government posed for the press.

President Joe Biden of the U.S. and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg delivered the opening speeches of the event, where a video featuring such incidents as the Second World War, the foundation of NATO, the Bosnian War, the annexation of Crimea and the Russia-Ukraine war was shown.
