President Erdoğan in Tatarstan

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, to attend the BRICS Summit.

President Erdoğan was welcomed at Kazan International Airport by First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin of Tatarstan, Mayor Ilsur Metshin of Kazan, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Russia Tanju Bilgiç, and officials of the Turkish Embassy in Moscow and Consulate General in Kazan.

Accompanying President Erdoğan in Tatarstan are First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, and Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat.
