President Erdoğan receives Ax-3 space mission crew

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received the crew of Axiom Mission 3 (Ax-3), including Türkiye’s first-ever astronaut Alper Gezeravcı, mission leader Michael López-Alegría representing the USA and Spain, pilot Walter Villadei from the Italian Air Force and Marcus Wandt from Sweden, who participated on behalf of the European Space Agency, at the Presidential Complex.

Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır was also present at the meeting.
