Noting that security for human beings ranks second in the hierarchy of needs, President Erdoğan stressed it is the primary duty of states to safeguard the peace and security of their citizens.
“Neither state, democracy, freedoms nor economic development can exist without peace and security,” underlined the President, adding that the first condition of a powerful state and society is to ensure the maximum level of security and order in every inch of the homeland.
