Expressing his happiness to see that Kayseri, one of the locomotive cities of economy, keeps growing, developing, and bolstering its prestige in a manner befitting its fame, President Erdoğan noted that Kayseri, a hub of production, trade, industry and agriculture, continues to compete with itself and break new records.

Underscoring that the government extends all kinds of contributions to let Kayseri fully unleash its potential, President Erdoğan said: “TL92.1 billion worth of investments have been made in the form of 1052 private sector projects that have been implemented through our incentives. As a result, employment has been created for 30 thousand people over the past 22 years in our city. We have supported Kayseri with many more incentives, supports, grants, and projects. We will continue to stand with Kayseri in the upcoming period as well. I congratulate Kayseri and our businesspeople from Kayseri who enable our country and nation to enjoy such achievements.”

Stressing that the momentum achieved despite the upheavals in the region and the uncertainties experienced in global economy makes the positive picture seen in the city more meaningful, President Erdoğan stated: “We have started to see the positive outcomes of our economic programme. There seems to be no problem on the exports, employment and production fronts. Our external balance is improving. Our need for external financing is decreasing. We are healing the wounds of the earthquake. Both our public debt and our external debt are receding in relative to our national income. This year will be a year of records in tourism. We have also reached a significant level in the fight against inflation. We will inshallah obtain much better results in 2025.”
