“We shouldn’t waste even a second of ours if we want to leave a powerful and prestigious country to our children”

 

Addressing AK Party’s provincial congress in Manisa, President Erdoğan said: “We need to work harder to achieve our goals. We need to shed more sweat to build the Century of Türkiye. We shouldn’t spend time with unnecessary debates or waste even a second of ours, and should utilize all our capacity if we want to leave a more prosperous, powerful and prestigious country to our children.”

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the party’s 8th ordinary provincial congress in Manisa.

Drawing attention to the inclusive structure of the AK Party and the People’s Alliance that embrace all members and colors of Türkiye’s 85 million population, President Erdoğan expressed determination to further strengthen this quality. 

“WE CANNOT BUSY OURSELVES WITH TRIVIAL MATTERS”

“We will not be destructive or exclusive. We will continue to be constructive, as we have been so far. Through the politics of brotherhood, we will build the bridges of heart among our 85 million citizens,” President Erdoğan said. “While there are so many tensions, conflicts and wars in our region, while our region is on the verge of new crises and instabilities, while the existing system established in the aftermath of the Second World War is being reshaped, in short, while critical developments that directly affect our country and our future are taking place, we cannot busy ourselves with trivial matters or trivial agendas. We need to shed more sweat to build the Century of Türkiye. We shouldn’t spend time with unnecessary debates or waste even a second of ours, and should utilize all our capacity if we want to leave a more prosperous, powerful and prestigious country to our children.”
