Addressing the opening of a training programme for assistant judges and prosecutors, President Erdoğan said: “We conduct very extensive works on almost every topic concerning justice. A well-established judiciary that functions objectively, independently and impartially is also the guarantee of economic growth and development.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the opening ceremony of the 1st term assistant judges and prosecutors training programme in Ankara.
“We conduct very extensive works on almost every topic concerning justice. First of all, let me express it openly that one of the conditions for living together as a society is to forge, enforce, and abide by the law of that coexistence. However, conflicts and contradictions are inevitable wherever there are human beings. Crimes are committed and legal disputes arise, even if not desired. Responding to these disputes and conflicts in a rapid, accurate and clear manner is a requirement for a state of law, the institutional framework of which is formed by a fair and effectively-functioning judicial system. A well-established judiciary that functions objectively, independently and impartially, particularly its existence, is also the guarantee of economic growth and development,” President Erdoğan said.
