“A terror-free Türkiye will take the Turkish economy to new heights”
Speaking at the TOBB Service Recognition Plaque Ceremony, President Erdoğan said: “With the ‘Terror-free Türkiye’ initiative that we have been carrying out with great patience, determination and sincerity, we are inshallah removing yet another obstacle before our country’s peace, prosperity, development and advancement. Rest assured that a ‘terror-free Türkiye’ will take the Turkish economy to new heights.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the Service Recognition Plaque Ceremony of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) in Ankara.
Stating that Türkiye is one of the top three countries at global scale in the area of defense industry, especially in terms of unmanned aerial vehicles, President Erdoğan stressed that while once Türkiye was not given the technology of unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned combat aerial vehicles, it has now become a country whose door is knocked on for procurement, and said: “We would like to achieve a similar success story with our HÜRJET Jet Trainer. An important memorandum of understanding was signed regarding our HÜRJET project in Spain yesterday.”
Touching upon the recent works carried out for the “Terror-free Türkiye” initiative, President Erdoğan said: “The Republic of Türkiye is a great state, a powerful state. Our state never has and never will kneel down before any power. High prices have been paid for 40 years but Türkiye, at this stage, has found a way round for this issue. Our state’s territorial integrity, our nation’s unity and solidarity, our unitary structure, our flag, our official language are never matters of debate. Whatever is done, it is done within our principles that we have symbolized as ‘one nation, one flag, one homeland, one state’.”
Assuring the citizens that all the institutions and the cadres of the state know what they are doing, President Erdoğan added: “With the ‘Terror-free Türkiye’ initiative that we have been carrying out with great patience, determination and sincerity, we are inshallah removing yet another obstacle before our country’s peace, prosperity, development and advancement.
