“Our fight against FETO will continue with the same determination”

 

Speaking at a commemoration for the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day, President Erdoğan said: “Our fight against FETO will continue with the same pace and same determination. We will take the revenge of the heroes who lost their lives here. The traitors, who betrayed their state, opened fired on their nation and sold their souls for a dollar, will definitely pay the price for all this.”

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at a commemoration held at the Gölbaşı Special Operations headquarters for the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.

Drawing attention to the 51 security forces who died a martyr’s death at the Gölbaşı Special Operations headquarters on the night of July 15, President Erdoğan once again wished Allah’s mercy upon them.

“I want all, the relatives of our martyrs in particular, to know that the FETO-member traitors, who took our brothers and sisters away from their families and from us with the weapons entrusted to them by our nation, will forever be remembered with hatred and condemnation, no matter what they do. Our martyrs, on the other hand, will always be remembered with gratitude, prayers and grace. We will never forget our debt to our martyrs or ghazis, and will make sure that young generations will always remember it as well,” President Erdoğan said.

Underscoring that although they crushed the traitors first on December 17-25, and later on July 15, they have yet to totally eliminate the FETO virus, President Erdoğan added: “Our fight against FETO will continue with the same pace and same determination. We will take the revenge of the heroes who lost their lives here. The traitors, who betrayed their state, opened fired on their nation and sold their souls for a dollar, will definitely pay the price for all this.”
