President Erdoğan: Although technology threatens traditional forms of production, it also has the potential to contribute to employment

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the 12th meeting of the Work Council, held by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Affairs in Ankara.
“THE TECHNOLOGY THREATENS TRADITIONAL FORMS OF PRODUCTION”
President Erdoğan highlighted that in a world where elements such as machines and software replace manpower, the employment issue must be redesigned. “Although technology threatens traditional forms of production, it also has the potential to contribute to employment,” he said, adding that all perspectives that don’t put humans at the center are doomed to failure.
Talking about the rising figures in the Turkish exportation, President Erdoğan said that it shows how much power Turkish production has gained and continued: “With our national technology initiative, we have moved our country forward in all areas, from the defense industry to software.”
