President Erdoğan at Miraflores Palace in Venezuela

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was welcomed with an official ceremony by President Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela at Miraflores Palace in Caracas.

Venezuelan soldiers sang the national anthems of Venezuela and Turkey and a gun-salute was fired. After inspecting the guard of honor, President Erdoğan greeted the children, welcoming him with Turkish flags and briefly chatted with them.

After the welcoming ceremony, the two leaders headed inside the Miraflores Palace for their talks.
