President Erdoğan attends Necip Fazıl Awards Ceremony
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan participated in the Necip Fazıl Awards Ceremony, an annual event organized by the Turkish daily Star in tribute to renowned Turkish poet and author Necip Fazıl Kısakürek.
Making a speech at the ceremony, President Erdoğan congratulated the awardees and thanked the daily Star for upholding Necip Fazıl’s beloved memory and legacy. Expressing his pleasure over the rising awareness about the importance of the Necip Fazıl Awards among people of art and letters in Turkey, President Erdoğan emphasized the contribution these awards make for the further enrichment, diversification and liberation of the Turkish world of art, literature and opinion.
