President Erdoğan attends opening ceremony of Kahramanmaraş-Göksun Road

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the opening ceremony of Kahramanmaraş-Göksun Road.

President Erdoğan delivered a speech at the ceremony. Stating that the Kahramanmaraş-Göksun Road, some sections of which were built and opened to traffic in previous years, has officially been opened to traffic entirely today, President Erdoğan noted that there are 11 double-tube tunnels, two viaducts, three bridges and six flyover junctions on the 64.1-kilometer road.

“Thanks be to Allah, we have ushered in a new era for Turkey by consolidating education, healthcare, justice and security, by making economy, export and production grow bigger, by further strengthening our country and by rendering it more reputable,” President Erdoğan noted, and added: “We have embraced with the same sincerity all the colors of our country regardless of their root, disposition or difference. We have served each and every one of the 83 million with the same affection and enthusiasm. We love every inch of the 780 thousand square kilometers and every pebble of our country, not just its south or west, or just its beaches as some others do. When we look at our nation, we see, not the differences, but a family of 83 million, whose heart is as big as Anatolia.
