President Erdoğan attends Prof. Kemal Karpat’s funeral

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the funeral ceremony of Prof. Kemal Karpat, who passed away on February 20 in the U.S., where he was under treatment.

Making a brief speech at the ceremony held at Istanbul University, President Erdoğan wished Allah’s mercy upon Prof. Karpat and extended condolences to his family and the Turkish people.
