President Erdoğan condemns Israel’s barbaric intervention against civilian anti-occupation protest

 

In a statement posted on his social media account, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan condemned Israel’s "barbaric intervention" against a civilian protest against the occupation.

President Erdoğan posted the following statement:

"I condemn Israel's barbaric intervention against a civilian protest against the occupation in the West Bank and pray for Allah's mercy upon our national Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who lost her life in the attack.

As Türkiye, we will maintain our efforts on all fronts to stop this occupation and genocide policy of Israel, which has lasted for nearly a year and claimed 41 thousand lives, regardless of whether they were children, youngsters, or the elderly, and to hold Israel accountable for its crimes against humanity before the law."
