President Erdoğan in Belgium

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Brussels to pay a one-day working visit at the invitation of President of the European Council Charles Michel.

Accompanying President Erdoğan during the visit are Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu and Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar.

Addressing Turkish citizens welcoming him in Brussels, President Erdoğan stressed his hope that the meetings he is to have with the EU leaders as part of his visit to Brussels will further strengthen the relations between Turkey and Europe.
