President Erdoğan in Egypt

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in the Egyptian city of Sharm El Sheikh to attend the “Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit,” set to be convened about the ceasefire agreement reached in Gaza.

Upon his arrival at the Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, President Erdoğan was welcomed by Minister of Culture Ahmed Fouad Hanno and Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy of Egypt, as well as Türkiye’s Ambassador in Cairo Salih Mutlu Şen and the embassy staff.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan is accompanying President Erdoğan in Egypt.
