President Erdoğan in Qatar

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Doha to attend the 7th meeting of the Türkiye-Qatar Supreme Strategic Committee at the invitation of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar.

Upon his arrival at Hamad International Airport, President Erdoğan was welcomed by Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Qatar’s Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Director of the National Intelligence Organization Hakan Fidan, Türkiye’s ambassador to Qatar Mehmet Mustafa Göksu and Commander of Türkiye-Qatar Combined Joint Force Col. Bilal Çokay.

Accompanying President Erdoğan on his visit are First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Bekir Pakdemirli, Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca and Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.
