President Erdoğan in South Africa

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Johannesburg, where he will attend the G20 Summit on November 22-23, 2025.

Upon his arrival at the OR Tambo International Airport, President Erdoğan was welcomed by Minister of Human Settlements of South Africa, Thembisile Simelane, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Pretoria Kezban Nilvana Darama Yıldırımgeç and other officials.

Accompanying President Erdoğan on his visit are First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan and Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek.
