President Erdoğan inaugurates Ara Güler Photography Exhibition in New York
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in New York to attend the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, inaugurated the Ara Güler Photography Exhibition held at the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House in New York.
Delivering a speech at the inauguration, President Erdoğan said Ara Güler, who grew up in Turkey, was one of the greatest values in the field of photography, and that Güler reached millions of people with his photographs and pieces.
First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan, former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and Justice and Development (AK) Party Izmir Deputy Binali Yıldırım, and Nobel laureate Prof. Aziz Sancar were also present at the inauguration.
