President Erdoğan meets with CPC Central Committee First Secretary Cai

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in China for the 25th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), met with Cai Qi, First Secretary of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of China.
