President Erdoğan meets with President Xi of China

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in Beijing for an official visit, was welcomed with an official ceremony by President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China.

Following the introduction of the delegations, the Turkish and Chinese national anthems were played and President Erdoğan inspected that guard of honor.

After the ceremony, President Erdoğan and President Xi headed inside the Great Hall of the People for their talks.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez, Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank, Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Mehmet Cahit Turhan also participated in the welcoming ceremony.
