President Erdoğan performs Friday prayer at Üsküdar Kerem Aydınlar Mosque

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan performed Friday prayer at Üsküdar Kerem Aydınlar Mosque in Istanbul.

President Erdoğan answered reporters’ questions after performing Friday prayer. 

In response to a question about Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar’s remarks in Iraq that Turkey was ready to lend support if requested by the Iraqi government as regards the terrorists in Sinjar, President Erdoğan underlined that Turkey always stood ready for joint operations but that any such operation wouldn’t be announced in advance. “There is something I always say. What is it? We can come one night all of a sudden,” the President stated.
