President Erdoğan, President el-Sisi of Egypt talk over phone

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt.

The call addressed the conflict between Israel and Iran, as well as regional and global matters.

Stating that Israel’s attacks on Iran have seriously harmed regional security, President Erdoğan stressed that the Netanyahu government’s lawlessness constitutes a global challenge to stability and security.

President Erdoğan emphasized that our region absolutely cannot endure another crisis, that Israel is attempting to undermine efforts toward a resolution regarding Iran’s nuclear program, and that negotiations must continue in order to prevent this.

President Erdoğan also stated that Israel must not be allowed to overshadow the genocide in Gaza through its attacks on Iran.
