President Erdoğan receives Council of Europe Secretary General Berset
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, at the Presidential Complex.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan was also present at the meeting.
