President Erdoğan receives Russia’s Federation Council Speaker Matvienko
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, at Dolmabahçe Presidential Office in Istanbul.
Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (GNAT) Numan Kurtulmuş was also present at the meeting.
