President Erdoğan: Samsun to become an industrial zone

 

President and Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at a campaign rally in the province of Samsun in the run-up to the local elections scheduled for March 31, 2019.

Pointing to the TL29-billion worth of services, investments and projects introduced in Samsun over the past 17 years in a wide range of areas including education, healthcare, transportation, agriculture and industry, President Erdoğan noted that they have commenced the necessary works in order for Samsun to become an industrial zone, adding that they will turn the city into an important center of attraction for domestic and international investors.

President Erdoğan further stressed: “Following the March 31 elections, we will uninterruptedly continue to serve our country through the steps to be taken in the areas of economy, agriculture, industry and employment. We cannot pursue strong policies abroad without being strong at home.”
