President Erdoğan shares iftar with tradesmen and artisans

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan shared iftar with tradesmen and artisans.

President Erdoğan said: “Tradesmen and artisans are the present-day representatives of the ahi tradition which shouldered a vital mission in making Anatolia our homeland. For centuries, states have been founded, administrations changed, but our tradesmen and artisans, with their thousands-of-years-old knowledge and experience, continued to be the cement that held together these lands.”

“Our tradesmen and artisans lend a helping hand to others and share what their means despite their own problems. For that, I thank each and every single one of you. This is what makes us stronger than everyone else. This virtue of ours makes us resilient in the face of hardship. Therefore, upholding our ahi tradition amounts to preserving the values that makes us who we are, and also our future and freedom which we build upon those values,” President Erdoğan said.

“Inshallah, we will build a great and powerful Türkiye together,” President Erdoğan underscored. “I wholeheartedly believe that we will achieve our goals for 2023, and we will bequeath to our children a robust vision for 2053.”
