President Erdoğan: The issue of terror will no longer be on our agenda as the number of brave people defending their future increases

 

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed via videoconference the party’s 7th ordinary provincial congresses in Ağrı, Ardahan, Bolu, Diyarbakır and Hatay.

Drawing attention to the positive outcomes that have started to be seen in recent years as a result of the ongoing fight against terror both at home and abroad, President Erdoğan said that Turkey has been making terrorists targeting Turkey’s unity pay for the blood they shed no matter where they hide.

The number of new recruits by the terrorist organization and its capacity to carry out attacks have decreased significantly thanks to the operations conducted and the measures taken, President Erdoğan underlined, adding that the climate of serenity and security in Turkey, particularly in the Eastern and Southeastern regions, has grown stronger as the separatist terrorist organization has lost ground.

Stating that almost all of the matters abused for long years by the terrorist organization and its political extensions have been resolved thanks to reforms, President Erdoğan pointed out: “I believe the issue of terror will no longer be on Turkey’s agenda as the number of brave people who, like the Diyarbakır mothers, defend their children, future and will increases.”
