President Erdoğan: Turkey has reached a position where it can determine the balances in its region and the world

 

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed via videoconference AK Party’s 7th Ordinary Provincial Congresses in Düzce, Çorum, Amasya, Bartın and Karabük.

Recalling the terrorist attacks against Turkey and the FETO’s coup attempt to take captive the national will, President Erdoğan said: “Having overcome all the betrayals, attacks and traps, Turkey has reached a position today where it can determine the balances in its region and the world.”

“Every crisis that takes place, every disaster we suffer, and every initiative we launch demonstrates the strength, size and advantages of the infrastructure we have established. The pandemic crisis has shown the strength of our medical infrastructure, the earthquakes our disaster management infrastructure, the pandemic measures our production and supply infrastructure and our educational technologies infrastructure. Every reasonable person with a good conscience can see the progress Turkey has made in every area from security to diplomacy. Our country used to have difficulty fighting terrorists within its borders. However, we have become a country which can conduct nearly half a dozen cross-border operations simultaneously. In the international arena, our words used to be disregarded, our demands ignored, our rights constantly eroded. Today, we have become a country that can change the course of every issue it is party to. This here is the background that lies behind the fact that Turkey is considered to be the most distinguished and important rising power in the global political and economic system which will be reshaped in the post-pandemic era.
