President Erdoğan: Turkey is a country that implements projects on a global scale

 

President and Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens at Party’s district rallies in Küçükçekmece, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü and Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, respectively.

Addressing citizens in the Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul, President Erdoğan, pointing to the newly-inaugurated Gebze-Halkalı suburban railway line, said the trains on this line will travel under the Istanbul Bosphorus through the Marmaray Tunnel, and that thanks to the railway lines built by Turkey’s investments, a train that departs from London will be able to travel to Asia and from there to Beijing through the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line. The President went on saying: “That is so because Turkey is a country that implements projects on a global scale. That is so because Turkey aims to become one of the world’s top ten economies.”

“CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF THE 200-BED AVCILAR STATE HOSPITAL IS CONTINUING”

Speaking in the district of Avcılar later on, President Erdoğan stated that he is in love with Istanbul, and that he will continue to be so as long as he lives. Citing some of the services and investments they have introduced in Avcılar, President Erdoğan noted that the construction works of the 200-bed Avcılar State Hospital is continuing, adding that they will also begin the constructions of such services as peoples’ gardens and sports complexes.

Addressing citizens in the districts of Beylikdüzü and Büyükçekmece afterwards, President Erdoğan said: “We will, inshallah, achieve much greater successes during the upcoming five-year period just like we have resolved the century-old problems of this city in the past 25 years. We will continue to serve Istanbulites with our new projects particularly on traffic, car parking and environmental issues.”
