President Erdoğan: Turkey will never back down on its rightful fight. It will never let the blood of its martyrs go unavenged

 

President Erdoğan, in a statement on his Twitter account, said: “Turkey will never back down on its rightful fight. It will never let the blood of its martyrs go unavenged. It will not forget any treason. As long as our people stand by us, we will overcome every hardship and teach a historic lesson to those who think they can corner our country.”

In a statement on his Twitter account, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said: “Turkey has been putting up a fight which is of historic and existential importance in terms of its today and future. We have been working day and night so as to protect our nation’s interests and become victorious in this fight, the outcomes of which will be just as important as those of a century ago. We act with the awareness that we will have to pay a much heavier price if we shy away from the fight and don’t defend our unity and solidarity in this region, which had endured invasions and oppressions throughout history.”

The statement continued as follows: “While putting up this fight, I once again wish Allah’s mercy upon our martyrs, who made these lands our home with their blood. We will maintain our rightful fight against oppression to the end. Turkey will never back down on its rightful fight. It will never let the blood of its martyrs go unavenged.
