President Erdoğan: Türkiye is having important achievements in the fight against all forms of terror both inside and outside our borders

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed the State Medal of Pride Presentation Ceremony at the Çankaya Presidential Palace.

Noting that Türkiye had been engaged in a fight against the scourge of terror targeting the country’s survival and the people’s peace for nearly 40 years, President Erdoğan stated that thousands of people from every walk of life from security personnel to civilians had died a martyr’s death throughout that period of 40 years.

“IT BECOMES MORE AND MORE EVIDENT EVERY PASSING DAY THAT THERE IS NO ROOM FOR TERROR IN TÜRKİYE’S FUTURE”

Stressing that all the struggle waged and all the patience shown in the fight against terror started to yield results, President Erdoğan stated: “Our country is having important achievements in the fight against all forms of terror both inside and outside our borders. Lambkins are wandering now in mountains where jackals used to roam once upon a time. Our lands and plateaus, which couldn’t be cultivated because of the harassment of terrorists, are now becoming a source of subsistence for our brothers and sisters in the region. As Türkiye gets rid of the pressure, violence and oppression of the separatist terrorist organization, investments speed up across the country. As the dark shadow of terror over us disappears, our youth and our citizens in the street look to the future with greater hope and confidence. It becomes more and more evident every passing day that there is no room for terror in Türkiye’s future.”
