President Erdoğan: We are on the verge of a new era when we look to our bright future with confidence

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered remarks at a meeting with workers from various sectors, who are members of the Confederation of Turkish Trade Unions (TURK-IS).

“WE BELIEVE IN OUR COUNTRY’S POTENTIAL”

“We believe in our country’s potential, our nation’s industriousness and productiveness, and constantly raise the bar. We should always keep in mind that in the past 19 years, Turkey has generated 9.5 million more jobs, and multiplied the income level of its workers,” President Erdoğan said.

“With the services and works we introduce, we endeavor to enhance our people’s quality of life and welfare,” President Erdoğan underlined.

Noting that with the recent rapid rise in export volume, employment and growth, Turkey surpassed the pre-pandemic levels, President Erdoğan said: “Indicators show that the positive rise in economy will continue.”

“We will make Turkey one of the top 10 economies in the world,” President Erdoğan underscored. “As Turkey grows stronger and richer, our citizens’ welfare will boost as well.”

“The panic of those, who see our country’s progress in every area from politics to economy, from defense to infrastructure, indicates that we are advancing in the right direction. Inshallah, we are on the verge of a new era when we make up for our century-long losses, and look to our bright future with confidence. Rest assured that as long as we maintain this process, which is symbolized by our goals for 2023, by preserving the climate of stability and confidence, we will leave to our children a country, of which we all have dreamt,” President Erdoğan said.
