President Erdoğan: We have made Konya a hub for the high-speed railway line

President and Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke during a campaign rally in the province of Konya in the run-up to the local elections scheduled for March 31, 2019.
Pointing out that they have introduced 51 billion Turkish liras’ worth of investments and services in Konya over the past 17 years in various areas, including education, infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and housing, President Erdoğan noted: “We have made Konya a hub for the high-speed railway line. We have connected the city to Ankara, Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bilecik and Eskişehir.”
OIC EMERGENCY OPEN-ENDED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
Touching upon the recent terror attacks on two mosques in New Zealand, President Erdoğan said the attacks have clearly revealed those who are scheming against Turkey and the Turkish people, and that they have convened the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Emergency Open-Ended Executive Committee Meeting in Istanbul, and have taken some decisions about what can be done regarding the issue.
Also mentioning U.S. President Donald Trump’s statement he made yesterday with regard to the Golan Heights, President Erdoğan, citing the United Nations resolution which states that Israel has no rights over the Golan Heights, stressed: “As I said this morning at the OIC meeting, we will follow the issue of the Golan Heights till the end.”
