President Erdoğan: We have strengthened our economy with the steps we have taken relying on our potential
President and Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the party’s campaign rally in Kastamonu in the run-up to the local elections scheduled for March 31, 2019.
“Recognizing no power higher than the will of the people, we have consolidated our democracy ─ as opposed to those who look down on citizens. We have strengthened our economy with the steps we have taken relying on our potential. Having thwarted the schemes, foiled the plots and ripped up the dark scenarios, we have paved the way for a bright future. They turned against us just because we banded together with our nation, inspired confidence in our people and revitalized our state,” President Erdoğan said.
“WE HAVE WORKED DAY AND NIGHT TO MAKE TURKEY MORE PROSPEROUS”
Stating that they have worked day and night to boost the industrial production, fertility of the soil, abundance of the merchandises, and to make Turkey more prosperous, President Erdoğan highlighted the importance of the elections on March 31 for the climate of stability and confidence in Turkey. “By switching to the Presidential System of Government, we have facilitated the affairs in Turkey to a great extent. All will change the day we make Turkey one of the top 10 economies in the world. The 31st of March is a critical turning point in this honorable march.”
