President Erdoğan: We have taken the leap forward that will place Türkiye among the world’s top 10 economies

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech via video conference at the opening ceremony of the newly-completed projects and services in Zonguldak.

Drawing attention to the projects and services introduced in Türkiye over the last two decades, President Erdoğan said: “We are now on the threshold of a new and greater development revolution. We have taken the leap forward that will place Türkiye, whose security we have ensured and basic infrastructure we have built and which we have provided with the services it deserves in every area, among the world’s top 10 economies.”

President Erdoğan continued as follows: “We will inshallah achieve this goal of ours as well by making our country grow through investments, employment, production, exportation and current account surplus. No doubt it will not be so easy for this great revolution to materialize and move forward, either. The reason why we have focused on production and exportation while everyone else has become introverted amid the pandemic is because we want to seize this opportunity.”
