President Erdoğan: We have ushered in new horizons in municipal services with modesty and sincerity

 

President and Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens in an election rally in Aydın.

Describing the province of Aydın as one of the emblematic cities of the Turkish presence in Anatolia, President Erdoğan noted that Aydın plays an important role in Turkey’s achievements in industry, tourism, agriculture and husbandry.

AN ERA OF SWIFT ACTION TO START FOLLOWING THE ELECTIONS

Drawing attention to the People’s Alliance between the AK Party and the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) in the run-up to the local elections scheduled for March 31, 2019, President Erdoğan said that the alliance was forged in a spirit of joint struggle for Turkey’s national interests following the coup attempt the FETO staged on July 15, 2016. 

Underscoring that Turkey will enter an era of swift actions and intensive efforts following the March 31, 2019 elections, President Erdoğan highlighted that Turkey will definitely achieve its goals for 2023, the centenary of the Republic.

Stating that the AK Party has been constantly raising the bar for the local development process, which he had launched back in 1994 during his term as the mayor of Istanbul, President Erdoğan said: “We have ushered in new horizons in municipal services with modesty, sincerity and perseverance, putting our hearts and souls into serving the nation.”
