President Erdoğan: We have worked for our country’s development and our nation’s prosperity in all areas

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at a mass opening ceremony in the Sincan district of Ankara.

“TURKEY HAS GROWN BY 3.5 TIMES DURING OUR TENURE”

“We have worked for our country’s development and our nation’s prosperity in all areas,” President Erdoğan noted, and added: “Turkey has grown by 3.5 times during our tenure. We have worked day and night to elevate our country to the level of the most advanced countries in education, healthcare, justice, security, transportation, energy, sports, business life and social assistance.”

“TURKEY RISES IN ITS REGION AND THE WORLD”

“The progress we have made in democracy and economy is significant but also insufficient to us. Politics used to hang by a thread in Turkey. Administrations used to walk on slippery slopes. Turkey’s economy could have been shaken by a couple-billion-dollar manipulation. Today, Turkey rises in its region and the world. That’s why it is sought to be surrounded by terrorist organizations. That’s why its economy is tried to be destroyed with irrational and unreasonable motives. That’s why its stability is attempted to be jeopardized by provoking the politically and commercially greedy ones.”
