President Erdoğan: We seek to introduce new services and investments all around the country

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke during a campaign rally in the province of Şanlıurfa in the run-up to the local elections scheduled for March 31, 2019.

Making remarks on the upcoming local elections, President Erdoğan drew attention to the 45 billion Turkish liras’ worth of services and investments made in Şanlıurfa over the past 17 years in a wide range of areas including education, healthcare, transportation, housing and tourism.

Further stressing that they seek to introduce new services and investments all around the country but that some others are persistently working to foment the fitnah of separation, President Erdoğan underscored that the separatist terrorist organization, which has been carrying out atrocious acts in Turkey since 1984, causes the biggest harm to Kurds, and said: “This organization has never had such an aim as to defend the rights of our Kurdish brothers and sisters or of any other community in our region. It has acted as a voluntary or paid proxy for certain powers since the very beginning.”
