President Erdoğan: We should stick to our agricultural projects

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed via videoconference the opening ceremony of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd irrigation sections of Konya Plain Project.

President Erdoğan said: “The unquestionable supremacy of being self-sufficient in terms of agricultural production and food has been seen during the pandemic era. While shelves have remained empty and basic needs could not be met in many countries, we have not experienced any difficulty in our country. Because Turkey, beyond meeting its own needs, is a country that has a production potential. The experience we have gone through has shown us that we should more firmly stick to our agricultural projects.”
