President Erdoğan: We will pursue a reform process that will prepare Turkey for the future

 

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the party’s parliamentary group meeting.

Noting that the new reform packages, about to be completed, will soon be presented to the parliament for approval, President Erdoğan stated that these reform packages include comprehensive and important regulations that will carry Turkey to 2023, the centennial of the Republic, and beyond.

“We will pursue a reform process that will prepare Turkey for the future in a wide range of areas from fundamental rights and freedoms to the consolidation of the climate of confidence in economy,” the President said.

“WHOLE OF THE TARGET GROUP WILL HAVE ACCESS TO VACCINES IN A SHORT SPAN OF TIME”

The vaccination process continues across Turkey in line with the timeframe set by the Ministry of Health, stated President Erdoğan, further stressing that whole of the target group will have access to vaccines in a short span of time.  

Also drawing attention to Turkey’s ongoing efforts to domestically develop vaccines against COVID-19, President Erdoğan said: “While administering the vaccines procured from abroad, we are also closely following the studies for the domestically developed vaccines.”
