President Erdoğan: We will use all the political, diplomatic and military means concerning Syria, the Mediterranean and Libya

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed citizens at a ceremony for the first welding of the railway section of the Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport metro line.

President Erdoğan said: “Turkey will continue to have a presence in Syria, even take it further, until it completely ensures peace along its southern borders and among its brothers and sisters living there. Turkey will have a presence in Libya, too, until its rights in the Mediterranean are delivered and the legitimate government of the Libyan people, with whom we have 500-year-old brotherly ties, achieves security.”
