President Erdoğan: We work day and night to achieve Turkey’s goals for 2023

 

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the 5th Anatolian Media Awards ceremony in Ankara.

“The only authority we answer to is our nation. In this spirit, we only care about which direction our nation points to. We work day and night to achieve Turkey’s goals for 2023 in accordance with the responsibility we have undertaken and the promise we have made,” President Erdoğan said.

Highlighting the systematic and incessant efforts in many parts of the world, Western countries in particular, to raise negative public opinion about Turkey, President Erdoğan said: “We also need to tell the world in the best way possible about our works both at home and abroad while also protecting our history, culture, civilization and heritage.”

“U.S. PLAN IS AN OCCUPATION PLAN”

On the U.S.’s so-called Middle East peace plan, President Erdoğan said: “Now they are talking about “the deal of the century”. What deal? It is an occupation plan.

Underscoring that Al-Quds is Turkey’s red line, President Erdoğan said: “We as the Turkish nation still maintain the same perspective on Al-Quds as Sultan Abdülhamid Han –May he rest in Heaven! – had. Al-Quds is not for sale!”
