“We have made Türkiye one of the world’s strongest countries”

 

Speaking at AK Party’s 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress in Rize, President Erdoğan said: “We have taken Türkiye from its position of a third world country and have made it one of the world’s strongest, most influential and most reputable countries. We will continue to work and endeavor with the same Black Sea resolution in the Century of Türkiye as well.”

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the party’s 8th ordinary provincial congress in Rize. 

Underscoring that they have still a long way to go on the path to serving Türkiye and the Turkish nation, President Erdoğan said: “I, as a son of yours, have never disappointed you against friends and foes alike. We have taken Türkiye from its position of a third world country and have made it one of the world’s strongest, most influential and most reputable countries. We will continue to work and endeavor with the same Black Sea resolution in the Century of Türkiye as well.”

“TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PUBLIC INVESTMENTS IN RİZE HAS REACHED TL309 BILLION”

Drawing attention to the investments they have made in Rize in the past 22 years, President Erdoğan stated that the total amount of the public investments made in the city with updated numbers has reached 309 billion liras, and added: “We have invested TL1.1 billion in justice, TL13 billion in education, TL6 billion in youth and sports, TL21 billion in social aid, TL5 billion in healthcare, TL4.5 billion in environment and urbanization, TL134 billion in transportation, TL44 billion in agriculture and forestry, including agricultural grant supports, TL8.5 billion in industry and technology, including financial supports, TL30 billion in energy as the state and private sector, TL1 billion in culture and tourism, and TL3 billion in labor and social security, including incentives.”

“We have inaugurated a university in our hometown. We have built 31 healthcare facilities, including 11 hospitals with a total bed capacity of 1.063, in our city. The constructions of the 800-bed Rize City Hospital as well as of the 100-bed Güneysu and the 50-bed Çayeli public hospitals are continuing at a fast pace,” the President said.
