Speaking at the TEKNOFEST TRNC Awards Ceremony, President Erdoğan said: “With the TEKNOFEST youth that shape technologies of the future, with our works that rise across Northern Cyprus, and with our strategic projects that we implement in line with a great vision, we will continue to be here for centuries to come.”

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the Awards Ceremony of TEKNOFEST, the world’s largest aviation, space and technology festival, in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

"We, as the Turkish nation and the Turkish Cypriots, are the rightful owners of this land. Those who do not know this should know it; those who have not heard of it should hear it. This land, every inch of which is home to a tomb of our soldiers and our warriors, has been entrusted to us by our martyrs. We have our traces, our monuments and our indelible memories on every square meter of this island. We have been here for centuries. We were here 51 years ago. We are still here. With the TEKNOFEST youth that shape technologies of the future, with our works that rise across Northern Cyprus, and with our strategic projects that we implement in line with a great vision, we will continue to be here for centuries to come,” President Erdoğan said.
